Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We pride ourselves on being an efficient company, meaning we like to get your order out just as swiftly as your payment was processed however we are a small business.

All orders take 2-4 BUSINESS DAY for fulfillment.

Orders will ship USPS PRIORITY and arrive between 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Once the order leaves our hands and is checked into the Postal Service we are no longer responsible for the timing in which your order arrives.

Please TRACK YOUR ORDER. All orders come with tracking sent to the email as soon as the label has been created.

Please allow 12- 24 hours for the tracking to update before tracking

If your order is lost in transit please email us to make us aware and then follow up with a report to USPS.

Please wait at least 2 days after expected delivery date before contacting us as sometimes the mail service will have delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we are not responsible for.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our items we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS. 

However if you are unsatisfied for any reason we will work together to come up with the best solution to satisfy both the customer and our protocols.

If your product is ruined during shipping please email us with photo evidence and we will replace the item.

Once your order is made we will not exchange fragrances or products so please pay close attention prior to completing your order.

Please read fragrance profiles carefully. We will not offer refunds for fragrances because you do not like them.
